NOTICE OF SCHOOL TAX COLLECTION

The 2026-2027 tax roll for the Milford Central School District #1 of Milford, Hartwick, Laurens, Maryland, Middlefield, and Westford have been given to us for collection. Payments for school taxes will be accepted by credit card or through the mail only.
Credit card payments can be made through our website www.milfordcentral.org , or mailed directly to the school at 42 W. Main Street, PO Box 237, Milford, NY 13807.

Collection will be from September 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026. There is no penalty for taxes paid September 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026. Beginning October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026, a 2% penalty is imposed. If taxes are not paid by the October 31, 2025 deadline, they will be assessed an additional 7% penalty and included in your property tax bill in January.
